Huntington Beach, Orange County - A man, Philong Huynh, was arrested for the murder and sexual assault in connection to the murder case of Dane Williams a year ago. Dane Williams was murdered and the DNA evidence showed that Huynh linked to both this case and a more recent case of this past summer.
