SANTA ANA, Orange County -- An Orange County police officer is facing charges of manslaughter for killing a couple in a car when she was on duty and trying to responding to an emergency.

The case was filed against the police Officer to the Orange County district attorney's office. She was speeding on the road when she crashed into another car and killed a couple accidentally.
