Westminster, Orange County - A Westminster man, Julio Cortes, has been arrested for sexual abuse of a young girl and compulsory marijuana selling. Riverside County Sheriff went to the victim's home Saturday upon a report of the sexual assault, and Cortes was arrested there.
Cortes was arrested for the sexual assault and drug crimes. He's later taken to jail for alleged aggravated sexual assault of a child.
