Orange County Masseur Charged with Sexual Assault

Orange County, California - An Orange county masseur was charged with sexual assault for assaulting a woman during the service. He was giving a woman massage Sept. 21 and touched her inappropriately. The woman reported to the Orange County Sheriff's Department.
