Garden Grove, Orange County - A Huntington Beach man has been arrested this morning by GARDEN GROVE Police for DUI caused crash. He was driving under the influence during the accident which killed 22-year-old passenger. The driver was driving intoxicated and is facing charges of felony vehicular manslaughter and driving under the influence.
The drunk driving driver, Vicente Garcia, was arrested on suspicion of felony driving under the influence (felony DUI), vehicular manslaughter and driving without a driver's license, according to Garden Grove Police Department. After the accident happened, they were sent to the hospital for treatment. The passenger was announced dead in Orange hospital. The DUI drunk driver was taken to the Orange County Jail.
