HUNTINGTON BEACH - David Brent, of Huntington Beach, was arrested on Christmas for domestic violence. He is an Orange County high-profile homicide prosecutor. His wife, Roshawn, also was also arrested for domestic violent in the fight over a gift. They are facing felony domestic violence charges.
Brent, a head of homicide unit at the Orange County District Attorney's office, fought with his wife and punched his wife in the face. She called 911 for the domestic violence. David Brent fled the scene. Both David Brent and his wife were arrested for corporal injury on a spouse and were taken to the Huntington Beach Jail.
