Riverside- Armando Ochoa of Riverside is being held on suspicion of drunk driving. Two CHP Officers were helping another car on the freeway. The officers were sitting in the patrol car at the time of the accident. Ochoa lost control of his vehicle and slammed in to the patrol car.
