Westminster- Suzanne Carlson, an Orange County resident, was convicted of second degree murder by a jury. Carlson had been drinking for two hours at a restaurant with her friend Scott Turner. She drove from the restaurant and onto the freeway where she then veers across the lanes of traffic. Carlson then rear ends a FedEx truck.
