A Laguna Beach boy, and a Fountain Valley man, Lam Dinh Nguyen, were arrested on Wed for drug crimes involving drug sale, drug transportation and drug possession of the ecstasy pills by trying to sell thousands of "ecstasy" pills to undercover police officer.
