Our Orange County Prostitution Defense Lawyer Michael Guisti explains that Pandering is a serious crime which is to be described under the PC 266i . Pandering is "when you encourage someone to engage in prostitution, and made available to the others for the purpose of prostitution." It is a Felony.

According to our Orange County Pimping Defense Attorney, "Pimping is a violation of Penal Code (PC) 266h and you violate this law when you basically find customers for a prostitute and then collect some or all of the prostitute's pay.
