Raul Barrientos, 23, is sentenced on Monday after convicted of leading a 19-year-old disabled woman into the bathroom of Fullerton Community College, rape and sexually assault her and then leave her alone in the bathroom after the crime.
According to the reports, the woman was taking special classes in the community college, as she was mentally and physically impaired. She has the mental capacity of 5 or 6-year-old.
The woman reported the incident to the campus security. While security was searching for the man, Raul attacked the woman. The woman was later found by a teacher.
