Long Beach Teen charged with involuntary manslaughter in street race - 4 people killed

Long Beach, Los Angeles - This news report regarding vehicular manslaughter caught the attention of our Orange County DUI defense attorneys because this could have happened to any one of our children. In fact, this tragedy did happen to a parents' child, a 17-year old young man.

Earlier this month, a Los Angeles teenage male driving a Ford Taurus and an 18-year old man driving a Ford Mustang was caught speed racing in the streets of Long Beach just after midnight. Santa Ana man charged with wife's murder

Orange County Gang Member arrested for Attempted murder for stabbing student

Tustin Man accused of sex crimes for child pornography

Santa Ana man accused of Murder for killing his wife

Anaheim Woman Charged with Murder

Anaheim- Corina Castillo of Anaheim is being charged with felony murder. It is alleged that Castillo stabbed and killed her boyfriend. Orange County Woman Convicted of Second Degree Murder

Westminster- Suzanne Carlson, an Orange County resident, was convicted of second degree murder by a jury. Carlson had been drinking for two hours at a restaurant with her friend Scott Turner. She drove from the restaurant and onto the freeway where she then veers across the lanes of traffic. Carlson then rear ends a FedEx truck. Two Orange County Teens Suspected of Robbery and Attempted Murder

Cypress- Alonzo Gamez of Cypress in Orange County and his 17 year old friend are suspected of robbery and attempted murder. It is alleged that Gamez and the other teen robbed a man that was working in his garage. They took the victim's wallet and then ran. The victim then started to chase after them. This is when one of the suspects shot at him. The victim was not hurt. The 17 year old suspect was arrested at the scene, Gamez as found later.

Costa Mesa Actor Charged with Murder

Orange County - Costa Mesa resident Daniel Wozniak is facing two murder charges. He is accused of killing Costa Mesa resident Samuel Herr and Irvine resident Juri "Julie" Kibuishi. Newport Beach Man Convicted of Murder

Newport Beach- Weston Kruger was convicted of killing a liquor store owner in Newport Beach. The Newport Beach liquor store owner Hao Huynh accused Kruger of stealing a pornographic magazine. Kruger went into the store to buy a pack of cigarettes when the store owner saw Kruger put an adult magazine inside his jacket. Huynh chased Kruger out the door to recover the magazine. Te two got into a fight and Kruger push Huynh to the ground causing him to hit his head on the ground. Huynh sustained a 4 inch crack on the back of the head, causing him to die the next day from brain injuries. Kruger was convicted of first degree murder.
