Bradley Stewart Wagner, 62, of Perris, pled guilty in May 2010 of sexually assaulting an undocumented Spanish-speaking immigrant he pulled over in November 2005. Wagner told the immigrant to perform oral sex on him or she would be deported according to authorities.
Wagner was charged with 7 felony counts including one felony count-Oral copulation; force or injury; one felony count- Oral copulation under color of authority; three felony counts- False imprisonment effected by violence, menace, fraud, or deceit; one felony count-sexual battery; and, one felony count- Arrest or detain any person against his/her will.
